Social Tournaments – Post-Shutdown FAQs

When is the platform shutting down?
Social Tournaments will officially close on 30^th June 2025; however, please be aware that the final tournament will end on 15^th June 2025, after which no new tournaments or features will be available.

What happens to my winnings?
You have until 29^th June 2025 to complete your KYC verification and update your preferred payment method. If you do not act within this period, your winnings will be considered forfeited and cannot be claimed later.

I didn’t finish my KYC. Can I still get my prize?
Only if you complete your KYC, submit and verify your payment details by 29^th June 2025. After this date, any unclaimed or unverified winnings will be forfeited permanently.

What happens to my coins and in-game items?
Coins, lootboxes, avatars, and any other in-game items will no longer be accessible after the shutdown and will be removed from the system. They do not carry any cash value and cannot be redeemed.

Will my account data be deleted?
Yes. All user data will be permanently deleted 30 days after the platform shuts down. This means that all user data, including tournament history, login records, and personal information, will be deleted on 31^st July 2025.

Can I reopen my account or retrieve my data later?
No. In accordance with our privacy policy and GDPR compliance, all user data will be permanently deleted by 31^st July 2025. If you have any queries about your data, you can contact us on [email protected] until 31^st July 2025.

I missed the deadline. Can I still claim my rewards?
No. Claims submitted after 29^th June 2025 will not be accepted. This deadline is final and cannot be extended.

What happens to the Discord/Community channels?
We will close our Discord channel on 30^th June 2025.

How to complete my KYC?
Please navigate to the “My Account” section when logged in to the Social Tournaments website, then go to the “KYC” section. You can initialise the KYC process from here and complete it in real time. Kindly note that if you choose crypto as a withdrawal method, your payment method will be automatically validated. If you want your winnings to be sent via bank wire, Skrill, Neteller, or a casino account, please send the necessary documents to [email protected] before 29^th June 2025.
